The spray bottle ordered with 2 refill bottles was not in the package. I kept refills. I am disappointed, tho understanding of the error.

I like the high quality of ingredients used to create the product. I don’t love the fragrance as much as I’d hoped though.

Ok so I was extremely confident in getting these because of the really great reviews it has. Getting the updated emails were nice, and the thank you messages were just as sweet as can be! With that said, I got three kinds of sprays, considering that three other people live with me aside from myself (my husband, me, my best friend and her husband, which is my husband's best friend.) Us girls aren't the problem, it's the incredibly stinky husband of my best friend. So I thought this would be a great thing to get for the husband's when they stay in the bathroom for half an hour doing god knows what to my poor toilet. Needless to say, they always leave the bathroom making you wish you didn't have a sense of smell for the rest of your life. Being as confident as i was, I got Poo-Pourri in the scents of Vanilla Mint, Cedar wood and Citrus, and regular Citrus. Let me start off with they almost smell the same unfortunately, and not in any pleasant way. The Citrus literally smells like that Pledge brand dusting spray, the Vanilla Mint is pretty close to that smell and not really a great smell mixed with the aroma of "you know what," and the cedar wood wasn't that appealing either when it came to smell. I know citrus is in the name of two of them that I got, but I wouldn't think that they would be so similar in smells. On the second note, they didn't really work for the boys. Smelt more like a mix of it all, resulting in the famous "Shitrus" combo that we all fear would happen. All three of them apparently couldn't cover the odor- and yes, I told them to spray it five or six times just to be safe. Maybe I might need to get different scents, I'm not sure, but I'm also reluctant to doing that considering it costed like 20 something bucks to buy two 2 oz bottles with one 1 oz bottle that luckily came for free as a new buyer deal. In the end I'm not sure when I'll be able to try it again considering the prices of them all without knowing for certain if they would work again or not. But in the meantime I guess I will need to just try to stick it out and use what I got.

Product works but it is pricey.

It really does not eliminate the odor completely.

Works but doesn't work.

Disappointed that the small spray vials are not as strong as the small spray can.

the product fulfills its function, I love that, except that all sprays smell the same, I do not distinguish between lemon and lavender, and do not smell lemon or lavender, but they definitely smell better than what I smell everything if I do not spray.
