A bottle leaked inside the package. I wrote customer service about it and received no acknowledgement.

what a fun company! once those spray bottles get designed to spray down(my toilet is on the ground ,not the wall).I have so much issue with air getting in the spray line when I point it down, its 5 stars all the way,Baby!

Love this stuff! It really works!

I received the very, very small sample bottle in the mail which I had to pay for the shipping. It was barely enough to even test the product. so I'm not really sure how to respond to this survey.

I placed an online order (2 items) on June 19th, when I recieved my order (June 28th...that was kind of long since it was shipped the same day) - I only received 1 item and that was the free trial size. The item I actually paid for (1x Tropical Hibiscus - 100-Use Bottle) was not there. I called customer service and was able to reorder with no add'l charge for the missing item. The unfortunate part is now I have to wait even longer for the one I really wanted.

The scent doesn't last very Long

The cost of shipping nullified the deal for the sample size but it smells just as I hoped.

It still has an odor during the process of moving my bowels. After flushing it's okay . It's not 2 to 3 sprays, it's more than that , to consume all odors and avoid next door from smelling the stinch .
