I still have not received my product yet its been 7 days since I ordered it and it still hasn't shipped.. VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not receive all the items I purchased.

To be honest, it takes too long. 3 business days to process an order plus 5-7 business days to get the shipment. Just so you have an idea, Im getting the survey before I actually have received my order!

My sample was fine and it arrived quickly but my friend got a sample first and hers came with a bunch of cool stickers. I didn't get any stickers so I was disappointed.

Well, I was looking forward to receiving the product, but I have yet to recieve it. Then I get an email to rate the product, how can I do that, if I haven't gotten my purchase?

Much smaller than I anticipated

I was very excited to try it, as I had seen advertising for years. I first saw the product at the Atlanta Gift Show and finally decided to give it a try. To be honest, there’s the initial fragrance when you spray it in the bowl. But once you ahem, go...the product didn’t perform as I expected. I could have misted the water with any cologne or air freshener and had the same effect. Pretty disappointed after all the hype. Sorry poo-pourri, I’m not impressed.

I like the product very much. Every bottle I have purchased leaks around the shaft of the spray nozzle when I spray. The Company needs to get rid of these junk bottles and get better ones. The product is overpriced. I give the product 5 stars and the bottle and price 2 stars.
