I bought 2 products and I came broken

I find it hard to spray Poo-Pourri into the toilet bowl. A couple sprays and it's done. Having to hold it sideways makes it hard to spray. Also when I take the cap off the container seems to have leaked and I get liquid all over my hand. When it works it's good. I did order 2-3 containers in a pack. Unless the containers are changed to work better I don't think I'll reorder in the future. Ellen Westrich

It’s more expensive than in the stores.

I have not received it as of yet, this rating came before my product arrived therefore I have nothing to rate?

I placed my order on 4/25 and cost was $23 and change. When I called to check the status of my order on 5/1, the rep acted like she found my order. But what she did was actually created an order for me. When I got the email, it was a different order number, different cost ($18 and change) and an ordering date of 5/1. Which means it was going to be delivered 5/10! That is absolutely ridiculouS‼️

The spray doesn't really mask the smell.

Still haven’t received my order

Someone put in a wrong part number & I was shipped 3 oz when I auctally ordered a 16 oz; now Ihave to ship back 3 oz to get 16 oz...too expensive for me to ship so I am stuck... bad feeling about this!
