The aroma does not last long

I went to your site to order the discounted 2 oz. bottle and while there, something got me to order the 4 oz bottle as well - probably your marketing. So this mail tells me your out of stock on the discounted item and I get a refund while paying full price on the additional unit which I don't really need and would like to return for a refund.

Strong smell but it didn't cover the stink. It just kind of blended with it & citrus poo it still a poo

I ordered two scent produces, got only one and a shoe deodorizer. I did not order the shoe deodorizer,and have not gotten a reply.

I was recommended by a friend she had a excellent review so I decided to give it a try ! I ordered 2 and received them quickly I was so excited ! I gave them a try just to end up being disappointed they definitely do not work I’m so sad !!!

I purchased a refill for the Assistant and could not get it to work. I changed batteries and did all that I could. Googling help provided me with zero assistance. I threw it out, all of it! No more ~ I'm finished, Twenty something dollars down the drain.

I placed my order on May 26th. The order shipped on May 28th. I recieved an email with the tracking number. An estimated delivery date was provided. The package made several stops. I was notified of a possible error. It was rerouted and rerouted again. At that point there was no estimated delivery date. During it's journey the package was in Kentucky,in a town very close to where I live. Then somehow it ended up in Pennsylvania. From Pennsylvania it overshot my state and went to Missouri. Finally arriving back in Kentucky to my town and out for delivery. I recieved my package today, June 10th. Upon immediate inspection it became clear that somewhere from Fort Worth,TX to my home, the package was opened. Not entirely, just the edge. It was opened enough where you could tell someone looked at what was inside or even took out the contents and placed them back in. It seems all of the contents are intact and in place, however what really happened will probably be unknown to me. As for the product, it works. I am sufficiently pleased with the scent. However, due to the unpleasant experience with the shipping and poor packaging I will not order from this website again. This is exactly why I rated two stars. I hope you found my review helpful and are able to use it to make the changes needed so future customers do not have this experience. Have a good day!

Highly disappointed from my high hopes. The company does good marketing and has cool packaging but the actual product is very underwhelming. And the quantity they give you for such a small amount is unreasonable.
