One of the products I ordered was missing.

It works, simply give a spritz and you’re done. The hard part is educating guests to use it too.

I love your products... when I have guest in my home they always say this stuff is amazing... thanks for keeping my house great... the problem that I have is that my first automatic sprayer fell off the bowl when my son let the seat up... for 49.99 it should have a clamp on attachment this is my only complaint

The website is easy to navigate. I wish the stipulations and reflections in your "cart" were a little more clear. I was very confused (as the email staff admitted they understood) and thus missed out on a pretty good deal.

I’d give it 5 stars except that some of the bottles leak, which is s real mess. Otherwise I LOVE poo-pouri!

I find Poo-Pourri is a good company and I have few problems with my orders. When I have made suggestions in the past to products I would like to see available in refills I have received quick responses from the company which I do find refreshing but I haven't seen anything happen as of yet. I'm waiting on refills to be offered on the site and I intended to ask for some help on a product I have bought that is new to the line and I am sure that I will receive assistance quickly too.
