Doesn’t fit on toilet. Supply of spray doesn’t last long. Sprays on toilet water and me! No wonder it was deeply discounted.

Ordered on 12/13/18. Never shipped. Reached out to customer service on 01/09/19. Didn't get a response until 01/15/19. Still don't have order or refund. At this point, I think I should get both.

I wrote in about this multiple times and when Poo~Pourri actually contacted me was several business days after writing the email. Then, the day they contacted me I received the items. I'm still upset with the customer service and of the failure of contacting me in a timely manner, especially letting me know that it is going to be late.

The pump fails and does not work after few strokes . Total waste of money.

I purchased The Assistant. I live alone. Nobody used my bathroom and I didn't use it every day. Batteries were new and still working perfectly, but the Poo-Pourri solution was gone in less than two weeks. I am very disappointed.

I ordered this product online and have never received it. Very disappointed.

I didn’t receive my order and after 3 unanswered emails to them I contacted paypal and they refunded my money for me. Will not order from them ever again and i spent over $100 for poop spray. Bad customer service. I wouldn’t give them 1 star.
