The poo-Pourri assistant is a bad design. It’s hard to adjust to fit standard toilets. The switch is a joke hard to tell if it on or off. The motion to make it spray is a hot or miss. Maybe you should just put a button on it so it can spray. Stopped working with liquid still in the first bottle I tried.

Shop page images are misleading. You think you are ordering the 2oz bottle, but what you get is the small .34oz bottle. Please fix your shopping cart. It is not hard. Show the actual bottle being ordered. I gave the one star because this is unacceptable. However, is was not due to any rude conduct. Products and prices are excellent. But the misdirection on ordering is either intentional or lack of concern.

Still waiting for my order from over a week out. This is my first order and this is horrible. The updates is always pushed out a day and it shows pending at fedex. Wow! Oh wait, I just saw a message fedex handed it to usps. Hope to see my order after 3weeks

Still haven’t received my order after almost a month. Cannot contact as only a USA phone number can be found. Customer service emailed advising it was shipped. Tracking number from UPS shows awaiting to receive parcel from shipper. So disappointed.
