Great - decent treatment and very little friction is exactly correct, EXCEPT, waay too many emails. You can only use so much in a given time frame. Lighten up on the emails and you're a 5 star!

Good product, effective as the intended purpose. Convenient. Expensive, spray bottle not easy to use as the volume decreases.

I like the spray. I ordered many different bottles so I could try the different scents. The trouble is, they all mostly smell the same. One of the scents, in a black bottle, designed for men I assume, is the only one that doesn't smell the same as the rest. I thought they would be different, as the name of the scent implies, but they don't. I may have well have ordered one or two instead of a dozen. I still like the product, I just don't see why you would market the scents as being different from each other, with different names, when they all smell like citrus. The angle in which you have to spray into the bowl is awkward, having to hold the bottle almost upside down to spray onto the surface of the water, and not the side of the bowl, so when the bottle is half empty, it loses it's prime. At that point, I usually just unscrew the top, and pour it in. Honestly, it is easier that way, even when the bottle is full. The spray seems to get all over the edge of the bowl when you use the spray nozzle, and you have to wipe the seat, or you will be sitting in oil. Also, the spray top leaks a little, and the bottle gets oily as well. This is an easy fix. Just sell the option for the product in a bottle with a screw off top instead of a spray top. Other than these things, I would have given Poo~Pourri a FIVE STAR rating. Now if only I could get my husband and sons to use it! Thanks!

Wonderful product but a bit overpriced

It is a very good product and it does the job as described.

Works way better than I thought.
