Poor communication
No, follow up contact made from the company after saying that order was accepted and "Shipped". No transit number updates and when I asked 3 times for information I never received a response.

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT…
I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ALTHOUGH I WAS CHARGED FOR IT 8 DAYS AGO. THE TRACKING SAYS IT IS BEING PREPARED... HASN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET BUT CHARGED ME FOR IT 8 DAYS AGO. NOT ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN.

Sample never received
I'm not understanding why I received an email asking to review Poopourri. A few months ago, the website was promoting a free sample give away. I entered my name and mailing address, however, it was never received. How am I supposed to review the product when I never got it?

I never received my order
I never received my order. Contacted them heard back almost a month later. They said they resent my order however when I opened to box my order was that there but just the free promo item that I was supposed to get with my order. Contacted them again but still never heard back.

The product does not do what it is…suppose to do at all!!!!!
The product does not do what it is suppose to do. You can still smell the odor when someone uses the restroom. I have experience that when using the product it gives off some type of fumes that irritate my vagina. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is a sham and a scam. It's not worth the money. It should be taken off the market before something happens to someone seriously.

2 years ago i have ordered a kit..
2 years ago i have ordered a kit, paid on the site and waited. Eta from us to romania was 10 days.. After the first month.. Nothing.. Second month... Nada.. Each contact was topped with reasurances that it will arive. Maybe they have a 3 year delivery policy.

Still waiting for product to be…
Still waiting for product to be delivered despite information that it is due "today" ...........for at least 4 days. Once you get that glitch fixed, I will rate the product, trust me.

never recieved my order or a response
It’s mid January and I still haven’t recieved my order that was placed on Dec 13. I sent an email on Sunday night inquiring about my order. It’s now Wednesday and I haven’t heard anything except that a case has been opened.
