Incredible no more awful smell

Horrible will not ever and I mean ever buy this product

I ordered several items, paid for them and after several weeks I had to call. My order was never processed. I asked for a refund because they were for Christmas gifts that needed to be there earlier. If I didn't call, I would have paid for nothing!

I did not receive it! 🙁

Ok don't get me wrong, I love Poo~Pourri and their products. I just wanted to say that I'm outraged by their and I quote, "free samples". Yes their price is 0$ But why pay for shipping and handling?! It`s insane! and what's ironic is their supposed to be free. I think that as the customer, I shouldn't have to pay 4 bucks for shipping and handling for a free sample. Outrageous!

Never received my items. Emailed to see if I could get them shipped again or a refund but I never heard from the company. Personally wouldn't buy from this company again.

I placed an order for poo pouri on Dec 9th- ( wanted it for a gift- FAIL) through GMA deals- I have tried to contact you, them, sent order number and have not heard back and not received! So you get 1 ⭐️

My package came damaged n the bottles leaked. Emailed customer service months ago with no response.
