Never received any

Product leaked inside package before I opened it. I contacted customer service and asked if I should send it back. They said that I did not need to send it back, that they would just replace it. They never did. I will not order from them again. The product is good, but there are comparable products out there with better packaging and customer service.

A free item was shown in an ad, but when I clicked on the site, the item disappeared. It still shows up, but I still can't order it. Haven't ordered yet, haven't had time to call.

The spray itself is fine but my packaging was leaking. The foil was lodged in the flipper top. Poor quality packaging- not happy. Have ordered many times from Amazon without issue

I never got to use it because when I opened up the package the plastic tube that goes into the sprayer was broken off! I called the company, got a machine and nobody ever called me back. I bought it online and was going to send it back but say they are going to charge me a restocking fee!

I ordered from the IG feed & it offered a free trial size. I added a regular size bottle & paid the shipping fee. However, there was no free trial size! They did not answer my email about it!

I ordered weeks ago and never received my order
