Works well and will buy again!
Smells great, and works well. My only issue is that sometimes the spray is inconsistent.

I feel you have to clean the bowl more often. It does stop smells. But leaves a light yellow film bowl

Love the scents but delivery needs improvement
Love the products! I love almost all the scents. Effective and amazing scent combinations. The delivery, however, needs improvement. Every delivery, there's always 1 bottle that's half spilled/ half empty.

Great product
Great product, fast shipping. One item in a large size I received is leaking and doesn’t spray well. Otherwise happy. Even gave some as gifts and everyone likes it.

Prompt Staff
I have had to call twice to get all of my New to Poo order; however, each time I've called a representative answers the phone quickly and is able to assist me quickly and kindly. I appreciate their prompt and willing customer support.
