Poo did everything they said they would. Fed Ex took my order on a round~the~world~trip and I had no idea when it was supposed to get here. I contacted customer service and they never answered me back .~thus the 4 stars instead of 5. I recommend someone remind the customer service dept that customers are kind of important to the company. I'm hesitant to order again. Would love some reassurance from the company that you do care. Order no.509733

The different scents are almost identical except for Heaven Scent. It would be nice to smell the difference. The product is effective enough to get the odor somewhat eliminated.

I love the Poo-pourri products. They are amazing. Only one complaint, it took three week's to get my order.

I love Poo-pourri! I would give it 5 stars but I got 4 of "the assistant" and only 2 worked properly. I use the sprays everyday and give them as gifts each year to family and friends.

always pretty good got mixed up during holidays thought my order included a free advertised spray only to find out i was charged for it due to one of my products was not included in the order. for the freebe..which was not clear in the offer....then was only offered 15 % discount due to my troubles on a future order while the web site was still offering 30 % sale.....was disappointed
