I love the product, but I typically buy it in store or from Amazon. I got excited about the fall scents, so I ordered from the website this time. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I received an email saying my item shipped. The delivery date keeps getting further and further away. Today, I received this email to review Poo~Pourri.com, but I haven’t even received my shipment yet.

I love the idea of PooPouri but honestly all of their scents smell exactly the same. I bought several to give away as stocking stuffers and I could have spent less money buying the sale ones instead of the cool scents that smell no different from the original one. My Pumpkin Chai was such a let down :( They do slightly help mask the smell of poo though which is great! Lol

This scent works just as well as any other Poo-pourri but it smells just like any other scent too. Instead of smelling even remotely like pumpkin spice, all you can smell is the lemon ( or citrus as they label it), just like every other scent. They ALL smell like lemon, so I was really disappointed. I gave 3 stars just because it does work but I really don’t want to keep smelling lemon so for the scent itself I give zero stars

Scents are pretty good, and odor masking is "okay."
