They would not ship me my order of 14 items. I ordered many things as Christmas gifts since I was getting a 20% discount because I was a first time purchaser. They sent me a blank agreement form designed for resellers that asked for the name of my business and my signature. I spoke with three people and explained that I did not have a business and would be happy to sign an appropriate form as an individual but they did not have such a document so they would not send me my items. They did refund my money but I was very disappointed and wasted a lot of time..

I purchased a small bottle of this same product and was very pleased with it. The ones I bought seem “watered down” and don’t work well at all.

Never received. Paid for something I didn’t get.

The people at Poo Pourri had the gall to send me an empty box with a sample inside of it. You did refund me though, but I would never order your product again and have told everyone I'm friends with about your lack of customer service.

False discount advertising.

I didn’t qualify for the offer because evidently I had purchased from them before! I’ve never used the product so I can’t review it!

Never got my package of proportions

Never received my shipment that was ordered on 4/12, almost a month ago. Sent an email asking about it and never heard anything back. Still waiting for either
