I never received my order

In ever received my order and I haven’t gotten a call back so I’m very frustrated

Received an email for 4 poopourri for $25 so as I select... I noticed different fragrances Which was great as I’m not a fan of the citris but it seemed like the selections were preselected. I received my order and there’s one regular size, one tiny and 2 shoe odor sprays. Really??? Didn’t even know you sold these and it should’ve been in the header. Very deceptive. I’ll nevef order again

I received a soaking wet box of open empty bottles of poo pourri, while I loved the scented box, I had no product. They contacted me asking for the numbers on the bottom of the bottles so they could replace them. Heck! Why in the world would I have kept empty bottles? Everything was thrown away immediately! They have my funds and I’m without my order and unless they make it right, I’m calling BOA to collect my money back from them. I’ve waited long enough.

I did not like scent did not work at.all

I don't understand. It didn't work. After all the reviews I thought for sure but, my boyfriend and I both tried it and it did not work.
