One of the bottles in my order was cracked and leaking. Had to trash it!

It’s been a month and still I don’t have my order and when I track it it says no delivery updates! Not sure what’s going on but this is a bit much.

I was tolld that my order was damaged doing shipment 2 weeks ago. I have not received my poo-pourri as of yet. This is unexceptable & at this point. I no longer want to purchase it, & would like a full refund of my money. No one have been responding to any of my text messages & or answering my telephone calls. I dont understand how a company could treat a person so unprofessional...I guess I can chark this one up as poop dicrimination..lol,

Ordered 3 bottles of poo-pourri. Caps on two of the bottles was broken and one had partially spilled and leaking out of the packaging.

I placed an order on 6/23/19. As of 7/7/19 I still have not received my order and have received no order updates. Terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

As of today, I have not received my order.. and I was notified that the one thing I wanted was not available. So my opinion right now is not positive for customer service or shipping.

With considering the price factor, plus overall product quality, I was very disappointed.

It wasn’t really what I was expecting 😩
