The service was excellent
The service was excellent! I like the scents that were offered as promotion & the free shipping that went with the order. The only complaint I have is that you don't offer the "Heaven Scent" poo pourie. My niece sent one in a gift, and we loved the smell. Please let me know if you are going to offer that scent again. That is my favorite!!

Great but Assistant needs assistance!
Love the products but the assistant was a huge disappointment. It doesn't fit on the toilet. The hanger is too thick and it felt like the hanger or seat was going to crack every time you sat down. The lid on the assistant wouldn't stay closed so I eventually taped it shut AFTER taping the batteries in place because they wouldn't stay in either. Needless to say, I won't be ordering refills. 😞
