Bought 2 Assistants. Neither work! I'll stay with the spray bottles, thank you.

I ordered several bottles as stocking stuffers for Christmas. When the package arrived, it was soaking wet because two large bottles had openeded and drained in transit. I called customer service and was told two replacement bottles would be sent. The package never arrived. I emailed to check the status and never received a response. No big deal. Just won’t ever order online again.

I think it helps but doesn’t eliminate odor

I would’ve given 5 stairs because their products are amazing, but they sent me a sheet of stickers, which I promptly threw away, because they were crude & had obscenities on them. I wouldn’t be so offended, but the sprays were gifts for my kids & I was appalled when they opened the boxes on Christmas. I didn’t ask for the stickers so it kind of shocked me & them. I kindly emailed PooPourri & asked for a reply & got nothing. I think Poor Customer Service & Marketing.

The product itself is great and really works. However, we have found (in more than one bottle) that the spray part of the bottle doesn’t work that great... it has a problem spraying while there is still quite a bit left in it and the cap tends to leak if it gets nocked over. Wish they would make the packaging better! But love the product.

The spray is better than the automatic dispenser. I wish I could send the automatic dispenser back

Effective product but too expensive for what it is. Also would be good to have a refill option to help reduce the load on the environment
