The website and shopping experience is great! The reason for 4 stars is that the shipment didn't arrive within 5-7 business days. It arrived in 9 business days.

Smells good, but the package was ripped open during shipping and the bottles were completely exposed. I mean, I appreciate the fact that POO-POURRI tries to be environmentally friendly but the packing envelopes could be a bit more sturdy. I’m just glad both bottles arrived. I will definitely still order in the future.

The product is good. I am not sure if the trial bottle that’s the citrus scent is just the only one that makes my bottom itchy. It’s nothing major but I really wanna try the rest of the scents, maybe I won’t have a reaction to it.

I ordered the poo pourri and the foot one as well the poo one I have no complaints but the shoe one can use some work , doesn’t seem to affect the shoes as much as I hoped , but smells good when spraying it , thankyou !

This product claims to eliminate the smell and it's close to doing that but it's not 100%. I still like the product and will continue to use it.
