I have PAID for my order
I have PAID for my order, but I have not RECEIVED my order and as of today it has been 15 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If this is your postal system, you need another way to get my items to me. I love your product but I am VERY UNHAPPY about this.

Incomplete order with zero communication
Ordered two items, only received one. Have no idea where the other spray is and have not received any updates or information. I'd rather buy in store in the future if needed.

The one bottle was suppose to be free…
The one bottle was suppose to be free so I would like to return it. Because if I was going to pay for it I would have ordered the larger bottle. I live on disability and can’t afford to pay for something that was suppose to be free.

Missing Item, Paid for but NOT RECEIVED
One of the products was missing from my original order. I called immediately & was told it would be sent right away. That was on November 8th, & it is now November 21st. I still have not received my missing item THAT I PAID FOR. I love the product, but do not appreciate getting ripped off.
