I ordered almost a month ago and still have not received anything.

I love the sprays and just bought the new Assistant. I like the assistant and it works great. My only dislike is it breaks way to easy. It is almost $50 and it broke after a few times of sitting down on the toilet seat. I wish I could have used it longer. The piece that holds it to the toilet and sprays the oil cracked and broke.

the scent works beautifully for odors. The new automatic toilet bowl spray is a great idea....but not perfected yet. the batteries move and sometimes it doesn't spray. The bottle of liquid leaks and is messy and lastly it's difficult to get the bottle out when it needs to be replaced.

This stuff works although my husband needs ahem ...the stronger scents...😁 My one complaint...the sprayers. They seem to fail once the bottle is half empty... Frustrating

After ordering for years, got a batch that kept separating in the bottles like oil/water. It didn't stay mixed and was not of the quality as in the past. Was taken back when I was told by reps on two occassions that this was "normal" and all I had to do it shake it up before using. It was not normal, it was a bad batch. Never have I had to shake and mix it up before each use and immediately have it separate into clear and white liquid. I understand this can happen, but, a repeat customer who knows the product should not be blown off so causually.

All the claims of other fragrances are wishful thinking. It smells like lemon. Full stop. The ad campaign is getting a bit hackneyed.

I bought my first 3 bottles from one of the home shopping shows and it was all the rage, everyone loved the smell. I was disappointed with the two bottles I bought last month. The smell was very weak and the bottle size has changed. What ever you sold on home shopping you should not stop. L R

Looks like a great product. But has Flaws leaks, pastic tubing cracks easily sent it back. Sad was hoping it worked ordered two of them had to send both back.
