One of the bigger bottles seems that the cap is defective. I shake it up and go to spritz the bowl and end up with a puddle of preventative poopoo spray in my hand and the bowl. I have removed the top and made sure all the parts are attached correctly and sit properly and it still leaks. The smaller bottle I opened is fine.

Works 90% of the time. Annoying part is that the spray function often drips and it’s hard to get the smell off my hands.

Love love love the product!!! Hate Hate Hate the auto toilet dispenser!!! Very expensive and IT DOES NOT WORK!! THEY ARE JUNK. Gave as presents and everyone has thrown them away.

I really love Poopouri but they really need to package their products better!!! I received 18 bottles when I opened the package 5 had no caps on and one bottle was only half full...the rest was on the box and the other bottles!!! It looked like they were just thrown in and sealed!!! At least fill the box with paper or bubble wrap to keep the products full and in good condition!!!
