can't use, I'm allergic to fragrances :(

We got the buy one get one. One of the units was bad and it was replaced with the company having it picked up from our home. The unit we were using while waiting for the second ran out pretty quickly. It was in our master bathroom not the main so was surprised how quickly it seemed to stop working. There are 3 batteries and the middle one keeps popping out making the unit unusable. We also noticed the device was wet on the bottom area and it seems the scented bottle leaks from the top as it draws up the liquid. We have tried several times to ensure it is securely in place but still find residue on the bottom of the unit under the bottle. The spray seems to work for helping with odor. Not so sure if the device is up to expectations.

I like the product, price could be better

I had no problem with ordering, and the product itself is fine. However, I wanted to exchange a couple of items, so I emailed them with a question about shipping. It has been over a week, and no one has contacted me. Most companies reply within 48 hours, so this amount of time is unacceptable. Customer service is key to repeat customers, and that's why I docked them two stars.

We bought the automatic dispenser.. it is a great idea and when it works iit is awesome. The batteries don't stay in. In have had to stuff the unit with toilet paper (although that is fitting somehow) to keep then in. The poopouri scent itself is wonderful and five stars all the way

I love poopouri but the auto spritz doesn’t provide the same coverage unfortunately. It shoots in a straight narrow line instead of misting for full bowl coverage.

My order took a really long time to receive and the bottles in the travel set that I got are so tiny I think you can only use them maybe 5 times. I can order this stuff from Amazon much cheaper and faster than going through Poo~Pourri directly.

I recommend the products! Improvement needed prior to packaging: Foil on 16 oz bottle lavender vanilla was unsealed & lid was loose; cardboard containers on other products purchased + another 16 oz bottle was wet creating a very fragrant cleanup. If not for snafu, w/b 5 stars.
