Took 2 weeks to get my order. Arrived frozened. Customer service was very slow to respond....

Product great. Customer service not so great. I have sent two emails about the broken product I received in my 122$ order and no one has contacted me since First week of January.

I bought 3 assistants and loved them at first. My husband said the main bathroom's not spitting out very much. Now mine stopped completely. There's still a lot of liquid in the can but nothing comes out. I tried sliding a needle up in it, nothing changed so I tried to pull the straw out and only part of it came apart. Now I think it's not able to be fixed. I sent an email but haven't had any response. Please help! Wished I would have just stayed with the original kind.

Took nearly a month to receive my items, purchased for Xmas presents and didn’t receive my items until long after Xmas. Did not expect delivery to take that long. Had to purchase all new gifts 😟

Product wasn't ever shipped. They did refund my money which is why this is a two star and not a one.

I love this product! I travel a lot with my husband and it’s a life saver. I’ve given it as gifts and I have recommended it to damily, friends and even strangers. I have used since the company was just starting out, I bought my first bottle in 2009! I truly love it. That being said, it’s also really expensive. I can’t get it as much as I used too (job change.) I really wish it was A bit more inexpensive. I find that the competition is a tiny bit cheaper but the quality isn’t there. It would be awesome if this was affordable to everyone.

I tried this brand and for how expensive It was, wasn't worth the type. I get the purex brand at Wal Mart for $3 dollars and It works amazing. Just because you pay more doesn't mean It works better.

Prices are too high to buy spray, just to flush down toilet! Anything will work for that fact!
