It smells nice but it didn't work. it just made it smell like my boyfriend took a s**t in a garden (of dead flowers).

I love the spray bottles and so I thought I’d try the Automatic spray. I had ordered a total of 3 for my bathrooms. 2 out of the 3 failed with a month of purchase. I’m very disappointed with this. I still have one that I’m using and I’m juts waiting for that one to stop working any time now.

I bought three of the new poo pourri automatic sprayers, and only one works. $100.00 literally down the toilet.

It took over a month to arrive. No tracking information.

Didn't eradicate the scent as well as it claimed.

Placed an order around 12/12/18 but didnt receive any further notification after the initial confirmation. When I inquired on 12/22/18, I was told there was a glitch that day because there were large quantities of orders from the public. Some orders were lost in limbo- mine was one of them. They did not offer next day ship when I called, they offered 2 days but i was not going to receive my order until after Christmas. This company did not notify their customers of possible lost orders. A mass email would have suffice. I would have called sooner if I had been notified. Probably will not order from them again. Poor customer service!

The advertising said I would get a free bottle. When I checked out it said you didn't have anymore free bottles left. That's what drew me to the site. I don't like the fragrant they sent. The ones they sent don't work very well. Can you send the fragrance they were out of, all three of them for good customer service? I don't usually order on line and this is why. Please make me change my mind! Ruth Ford
