Terrible quality
Terrible quality, does not live up to images shared on instagram

The images you can see on Instagram may have been printed with a PoooliPrinter L1 or L2 which both offer a different quality.
The paper utilized to print the images may also give different results and finally depending the settings of your printer, you can get different quality prints.

Lack of Customer Support, Poor Handling
I bought their Poooli L2 printer and a variety of sticky coloured papers, semi transparent one, photo papers and got a regular one included with the printer.
The products came in Standard Delivery from China, and some of the packaging and rolls were damaged.
So far, 3 of the sticky papers had faults in them - bumps formed when printing which lead to poorly printed designs. I've contacted their support (John) which initially offered $16 worth discount code which can't be applied along with my current 15% discount code, so when buying more it really doesn't make any difference.
Now the support asks me to send them video of faults and basically expects me to solve their factory/shipping faults. They show lack of respect to my time and aren't able to provide support for their customer. I'm highly disappointed in their customer service although the product itself has a cute design and seems promising.

However upon checking our records I was able to locate your order #5783 which was delivered to you back on September, 9th 2020 after about 7 days in transit. Misleading. Good for printing stickers but not much else.
Very misleading - nowhere on the website does it state that the printer is black & white only. I purchased the HD version and the printed photos are not of HD quality. The paper is terrible - unravels very quickly so switching paper and storing the rolls is a nightmare. I've had mine for two hours and the printer is stuck so I can't open it to get the paper out to switch paper colour. Good for printing cute stickers I suppose, but if you're wanting to print photos (or want something of better quality) then I'd go for a different option.

We are sorry if you didn't know that our printer can mostly print in black and white. In fact it can also print in Red, Pink or Blue depending the type of paper rolls you use.

Not delivered
We ordered our printer on November 24th yet we still don’t have it. I have written customer service multiple times and they say the same thing, that they are working on it. It’s now been over a month and we have yet to receive our product or get any updates. This is been extremely disappointing.

I am giving one star because I have to
I am giving one star because I have to.
Why is that?
Well I would give it a zero because it won't turn on. Initially it charged, it seemed fine, and then, nothing. I'm not sure what to do as I'm paying $169 dollars for the L3/XL.
I even paid $45 dollars more to get it before the New Year as I needed it for work. I was going to post a review to YouTube and use it for my craft business. Now I will leave a review, but not the one I was hoping to give. I just wanted the thing to at least work and it won't even give me that.
I'm honestly really disappointed :(. Not mad, I get mistakes happen, however, I would like this issue resolved and will base my final judgment on how it is resolved.

Stay away from this product.
First of - The printer does not print in color. It is stated in the FAQ (under the help section). But everything on the website gives the illusion of color. We complained about this, and received a 25% discount, as we could not return it because we tested the printer (to be sure we would not give something not working and that it would be up and running for direct use.)
We ordered the HD version. Quick delivery, even during these COVID / holiday times. No complaints about that.
Printer itself is very cute.
Print Quality is not as mentioned on the website. We tried printing pictures (in B&W) but never achieve the quality as shown on the website (pictures taken with iPhone XS and iPhone 7). At best, it could be compared with the standard 200dpi version. Used the included paper and also b&w photo paper.
The templates in the app mostly contains Chinese templates...
As this was a gift (and supposed it was a color printer) - we ordered a Polaroid Hi-print.
Now, that is a fine color photo printer!
The Poooli will be used as some kind of Dymo label printer.

We appreciate your feedback about the fact that we should make it more obvious on our website to state that PoooliPrinter™ L1/L2 are black and white printers, not color printers. We also removed the pictures that you mentioned to John as being confusing about the capabilities of printing in color. Thanks for your valued feedback!
However, at no time we tried to mislead you or any of our customer as all images of the printer across our website and social medias show a printer with black and white images, it is also stated at multiple places across our website including in the FAQ. Additionally as John explained to you, our printers can also print pink/blue on our PoooliPaper™ Pink/Blue Prints paper rolls.
We offered you to send you some FREE colored printing paper as a gesture of goodwill, we hope this can make things right for you!
Additionally, we have sent you some instructions about the best ways to achieve the best print quality as possible, please check your email for this piece of advice.
