The reason your order didn't get delivered is because your address didn't include a street address and you only entered "flat 4" in the street address line. We ask our customers to double check their shipping address in the order confirmation e-mail that they receive shortly after placing an order on our website. Upon checking with our records, it shows that our support agent already replied to your emails and informed you that the package was delivered to the address you provided during check out. They have contacted the shipping company for you and they confirmed the package was delivered to your address. The shipping company requested to ask anyone else living nearby if they accepted the delivery or noticed anything. Please also double-check if the item has been left with a neighbor, in your mailbox or in your designated safe place if you have one. Poooliprint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please read our terms and conditions for more details. We would recommend that you visit your nearest SDA Express Courier office for more info regarding this delivery or you can contact the proper authorities if you want to open a claim for a stolen package. Once you got the documentation needed, simply provide it so the agent that handles your emails so that they can check and investigate with the warehouse team.
