Dear Customer, Our support team is trained to provide the best service and we always try to solve the issues with the printer remotely before sending a replacement. It saves time for our customers so that they can use their product quickly and avoid waiting for a replacement. There could be multiple reasons why the printer might not give the expected results (settings that you use on the app, calibration of the printer, cleaning of the print head, the way the paper is inserted). The printer are sent calibrated and ready to use but if you have changed some physical settings or settings on the app it is possible the printer need a checkup and our team is here to assit with that. Once you find the good settings you should get the results as advertised. However, if you are still unhappy with our product or if you changed your mind, you are welcome to return it for a refund. Therefore, we have provided our return address to you and we expect that you kindly return the product to us if you would like. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. Dear Cyndi, We are sorry that you are not happy with the results you are getting with your printer. We truly believe that with some help from our customer support team, you could get much better results by finding the correct settings for your printer. Also, we don't sell $20 printers so we are unsure what or where you purchased.
