Dear Naomi, Thanks for contacting us! I appreciate you bringing up this concern to us and I will be happy to resolve it, I also understand how you feel frustrated and decided to complain and write a bad review on Trustpilot before asking for any help but please give us the opportunity to make this right. I'd like to give you some details to start with: you placed your order back on Wednesday November, 4th and it's been processed according to our shipping policy and since it's a peak period for orders, it was processed in 5 business days due to high order volume as it is also stated in our shipping policy. Your order left our warehouse on November 11th and was delivered to you on November 13th according to its tracking number. We met our part of the deal but I understand you are unhappy since it didn't get to you on time for your daughter's birthday. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and as a gesture of goodwill I am willing to refund you 100% of the shipping cost. Please let me know if you accept this offer and our most sincere apologies. Thanks very much! I look forward to hearing from you. You can reply to us at [email protected] Regards, Benjamin PoooliPrint™ Support Team https://www.poooliprint.com/
