I made 3 purchases on their website over the past 6 months and I have always been happy, their website is very clear and they deliver what they promise. I received the orders in about 8 to 10 days. I talked to their customer support to change one of my order and they have been responsive and even offered a discount code to me. The printer is so cute and definitely a must have if you are into labeling. I use it all the time, the paper rolls are a bit pricy but you really don’t need to buy them often because you can print a lot on one roll, it feels like it never ends! Overall very happy with my purchases, thank you :-)
