Only prints in black and white.
Purchased this for a friend which took time to arrive as it has been shipped from. Over seas but the company were excellent at keeping in contact and informing me the whole way. They also get in contact with you via Facebook check up on making sure you've ordered OK put in your voucher code and then then inform you of your delivery along the way. The customer service is exceptional. I then adviced my sister to purchase one as I has such a fantastic experience ordering the gift however it was not made clear that this product only prints in black and white only. This is very disappointing. Their are other competitive printers are the market that print photos in colour!

Dear Customer, I sincerely apologize if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. I can understand where you are coming from if you expected to received a printer that can print in color but this is a thermal printer and it can only print in black and white as stated on our website. This being said, our PoooliPrinter L1 and L2 can print pink/blue on our PoooliPaper Pink/Blue Prints paper rolls.
