Printer is well made and easy to use. Shipping policy was deceptive. Three to five days translated to three weeks as printer came from China.

Hi Kc, We appreciate your honest review. I understand the inconvenience. The estimated delivery time frame is 3-21 business days once the package has been handed over to your country's local carrier. Also, we have 5 business processing days before an order gets shipped. This means that your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after it was created. We have 3 different warehouse located in the US, CZ and Asia. Please be advised that we reserve the right to ship from our international warehouse from time to time based on the item(s) you ordered & inventory in our overseas warehouses.
