Dear Stefan, The QR code printed by a double tap on the printer main button allows to connect by a quick scan from the Poooli app. If you scan the QR code from outside of the app, it will not work and indeed give a broken URL. Please make sure to follow the instructions given in the user manual and on this Youtube video tutorial to learn how to connect using the QR code: https://youtu.be/aByZjjnFsaw We hope you can update your review once you figured out this issue. Thanks.
