The RPS100A pool vacuum
The RPS100A pool skimmer is charging, however it only lasts about a minute. It’s only cleaned the pool once and nothing is corroded. Pool pure hasn’t answered my email once. Unfortunately I purchased it in May so the warranty expired before the pool opened. I’m going into my second month without a pool vacuum. I spoke with Amazon, where it was purchased and because it’s out of warranty there’s nothing they can do.

Straight out of the box my RPS100A pool…
Straight out of the box my RPS100A pool skimmer is not charging. It is flashing rapidly blue. It’s never seen the water. Nothing is corroded. Pool pure answers my email once every week I’m going into my third or fourth week now. They are suggesting things that are impossible because the battery just isn’t charged. Would appreciate if they would answer my email when I reply to theirs.

No commication
Ordered saltcell through Amazon, shipping was quick, well packaged. Saltcell is no longer functioning as per verification from a test at Leslies Pool. This is well within the 1 year warranty. I emailed poolpurefilter on Jun13, Jun 16, and just now a few minutes ago. No responses, and yes, i have been checking spam, junk, and trash folders.

Filters will not fit have sent tons of emails to get the return process going with no response!!!! No phone number to contact customer service!!!!!

I would give this product a 0 if I…
I would give this product a 0 if I could as to date it will not charge so I am unable to use it and the company is giving us the run around in either getting a refund or a new skimmer. So I am not a very happy consumer at this time! BUYER BE WEAR! Is crappy company. Edit to this review. The company sent us a new skimmer and GUESS WHAT THIS ONE IS ALSO NOT CHARGING!! So at this point I am DONE with this company sending us a product that does not work. We sent another email and requested for a full refund and to send the two not working ones back to them at THEIR EXPENSE! Update: 4/9/2026 We got a response from the company and they issued a full refund for this product today. But in my opinion I still would not buy a chargable skimmer from them as this has been a hassle and bad experience over all.

Bait and switch
I thought I was buying from poolpure but it appears fulfillment was filter care. I accidentally ordered the wrong filter and now ups wants more to send it back than the cost of the filter. Now I am stuck with a filter that I can’t use. Never again will I purchase from you again!
