I love my E0CO6! I have had my machine about little over a year. This was my first encounter with machine embroidery. Any and all problems I experienced was user error my part. My technician, Kevin Xu has helped me every step of the way. All Poolin products I purchased from threads to stabilizers have been top notch. Actually I intend to purchase the Poolin EOV at some point.

I’ve had a good experience so far with my EOX. I had experience with a single needle some years ago, so this was a big adjustment. My engineers Kevin and Amy are very responsive and have helped me with all my questions. Very pleased so far with this purchase. Also all the accessories (thread/stabilizer/bobbins) are great quality.

I purchased 3 Poolin EOM 15 needle machines after using another brand. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. I was able to get all three machines up and running with the instructional videos. Customer service checks in to make sure I have no issues. I received a TON of accessories. Everything I needed to get started. Would 100% recommend these machines. When I expand, I will order more!

I was having problems with my machine with my number two needle not working properly. I reach out to the poolin group on Facebook and Kai Tang reached out to me to help. Come to find out it was my fault not realizing when you change the needle and the whole thing falls out it makes it whole assembly off. He talked me through of what to do and now I am back on track making my hats. Thank you for your time and patience Kai Tang.

My experience from the start was so thought provoking. Normally when you buy this type of machinery you are left to figure out on your own the best way to use it. But not with Poolin brand; this company have real life customer service TRULY around the clock, patiently welcoming your questions and requests for help. Most of their machines are sophisticated yet user friendly. Sometimes we customers may miss one little detail that can change the outcome come of our stitches BUT Poolin’s After Sales Support team ALWAYS have the knowledge you need to prefect your specific needs. I would like to praise Mr. Kai for being so patient with me in figuring out what I was doing wrong. Kai is truly a trailblazing King to making sure his customers carry on with 100% satisfaction! He will not stop until he resolves your issue. The problem was not with the product, the problem was me missing steps and tiny details that mattered! So Poolin THANK YOU! Kai, THANK YOU!
