We couldn’t be happier with the machine, or the customer service. We had an issue when the machine was first delivered and our customer service support representative immediately addressed it and resolved the problem. The machine has been everything we expected and more. Easy to use. Excellent quality stitching. We highly recommend it to anyone, even the most novice user like we are.

EOX is a fantastic 15 needle embroidery machine. This is my 3rd multi-needle embroidery machine (1st poolin) and I've loved everything about it so far. The pricepoint is affordable, the customer service is convenient via whatsapp & facebook, and the stitch-quality is beautiful! Excited to take on more projects and grow my business using this eox!

I can't say enough great things about Kai Tang! Kai went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to use my poolin machine. Kai were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had. Even after our session, kai continued to help whenever I needed assistance. Kai dedication, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and wants to see them succeed. Thank you so much for all of your support!

Purchased the Poolin EOX 15 needle (this is my 2nd machine purchased from Poolin) I absolutely love their machines and their products! The entire experience from before the purchase to setup was EXTRAORDINARY!! Jessie helped me get the right machine and package for my business, and then set me up with an engineer group for when the machine came. Kevin the engineer was there checking in the entire way, checking over my pictures of projects and watching my video clips I sent making sure I was doing this or that properly. Poolin/Bai customer service is THE BEST! They are there whenever you need them and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a great one. In the future I will always choose Poolin/Bai for my machines and my accessories.

I am so happy with my Poolin EOCO5. I am a beginner and was able to embroider immediately. I recently had tech issues when upgrading my system. I reached out to tech support through their Facebook group, and Kai Tang patiently guided me through every step. The machine is easy to use and Kai's tech support is top tier! Kai wanted to make certain I was happy and back to embroidering. I am thrilled with this attention to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
