I had my machine about a month. I absolutely love it! I am familiar with embroidery and have owned many other brands. Poolin by far has been my favorite, customer service was great from the start, purchasing was a breeze, shipping was quick, and setting up was so simple. I bought the EOV and have had no issues with clothing or hats. I really can’t say enough how much I love this machine, very beginner friendly if you’re new to embroidery.
