I purchased a poolin as a beginner. The machine has been very first time user friendly and the service team has been spectacular. Leo has walked me through fixing the machine and spent a few hours helping me figure out what was wrong. I appreciate his time and efforts in getting me back embroidering!

The shipment came very quickly! As I started putting it together, support was excellent. They have helped me step by step to get it put together and set up. There are great videos and literature as well. The stitching looks great and the support team is willing to help me make adjustments. They are so responsive! Love love love this experience!

I love my EOM Poolin! I have had so many compliments. I have only had to ask for help a couple times due to the fact technology is not my true calling.
