The technician and the customer service team has been wonderful ever since I placed my order in July! I ran into some issues with it being delivered and the CSR was kind enough to send a compensation for the issue. I also had some technical difficulties and Leo sent me videos on how to fix the issue as well as maintaining my machine. I love my purchase and thankful for the staff!

I had a question about adding my new magnetic frames to my Poolin EOM and Kai was so helpful! Not only did he help with the frames, he also noticed my machine was due for a software update and walked me through how to do that. I’m loving my EOM and very thankful for the support when I need it!

My experience with PooLin has been amazing. I started off with the PooLin EOCO6 and quickly outgrew it within 2 months. I upgraded to the PooLin EOM and I have had great success. PooLin has a team of great engineers that are available 24/7 to help with all of my embroidery needs from changing needles, adjusting speed of projects and tension adjustments. Kevin Xu has been extremely helpful along with the other engineers. I would 100% recommend PooLin to anyone looking to start their embroidery journey.

When I tell you about my machine! When I first received it, it set for a couple of days, I was scared to use it… I contacted some of the manufacturers and they literally got me up and running so fast… I have no idea why I was so nervous, but now I use this one fast then my other 10 needle… I’m in Love with this Beast! Poolin EOX… I would def recommend this machine to everyone who wants to get started a home based business… And they also message you to make sure everything is going ok… Ok, I gotta go put some shirts in my machine!!
