I am blown away with the house numbers that I purchased. They were beautifully made and came with a mounting template. They were packed in a wooden box with hinges! I will be buying from Ponoma Steel again.

Hello Greg! Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Small businesses depend on them. On Christmas Eve, let me say a few words of gratitude to you and all of our customers: We're very glad that you choose our products and recommend them here, on Trustpilot, in other reviews websites, and just to your friends (it is easy to see when new orders come to us from a small American city or ... from an Australian town, many new orders). We will continue to be attentive to your wishes, as well as solve ANY problems on the way of our goods to you and ... follow our mission: PONOMA® creates eco-friendly stainless steel furniture & sculptures to save forests & animals. ❤️ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!❤️ Ponoma team, www.ponoma.com

The extra cost for painting is astronomical. They should supply self-tapping sheet metal screws to attach the mantle to the mantle bracket because the holes don't line up. Other than that, it's a nice product and added the look and protection we wanted on our fireplace/tv.

Hello, In first, many thanks for your time and the feedback. The painted options require additional costs (we purchase primers, paints, sparyers, compressor, etc.), as a result painted options are more expensive than conventional ones. btw.: Sometimes customers paint our shelves themselves and send us a video of their work. This is really cool, but it requires experience, time, and the procurement of materials and equipment. As for the small screw-bolts, this should not be so, if you encountered any difficulties during installation and did not find a solution on our website: https://ponomasteel.com/pages/how-to-install-floating-shelf-countertop-and-how-much-weight-can-the-ponoma-shelf-hold -we are always ready to help you, please do not hesitate to ask us at: [email protected] If you need, we'll ship additional screw bolts at our own expense immediately. Best regards and stay safe, Uri, Ponoma team
