Hello Terence, Many thanks for your time and the feedback! It is very important for us to know the opinion of our customers about our products and services. Sometimes (for example, the last shelf was damaged) we transport the shelf directly from our European factory. But this really takes time, and the client is already finishing his renovation process. Therefore, we are increasing the number of sizes available in the warehouse, and now there are more than 100 of them in our warehouse in Illinois! Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. Actually, our business depends on it. We try to always ship on time, but during these holidays the logistics were terrible and unfortunately we've delayed shipments for our several customers . For this case, we have a special fund and we pay from it 1% for each day of delay. It's not much, but let's be honest, none of our logisticians have yet followed our example and compensated us for the delays.
