Do yourself a favor and stop looking at all their pretty pictures of jewelry and imagining in your mind about the good deal you would be getting. After sending the rings back to be fixed a sized properly we FINALLY got them back..several days later the diamonds in the halo starting falling out one by one. We took the ring to a local jeweler to potentially get it fixed, and they said craftsmanship was so poor and materials so flimsy that they wouldn’t even work on it. Luckily, they were able to salvage the main stone and reset it in their own stronger prongs. I asked him to be responsible for their shawty workmanship and inferior material, but still have not heard anything from them. Do yourself a favor and quit looking at their jewelry as a viable option because it is not.

I filed complaints with ftc and better business bureau. They agreed to fix my ring and I only pay shipping to them. I then closed my complaint with BBB. Then they turn around and lie to me and say they are not fixing it for free. They alleged I never paid for warranty but this is not true. Oddly enough they also claimed initially there was no order record even after I proved I spent $1000+. I am very disappointed with customer service and quality of merchandise. The gem fell out due to improper placement. I am waiting still for them to stand by their word. Hopefully FTC can help and BBB again as this company is not legit.

Was excited to purchase based on very good website marketing and reasonably good reviews. However, my milestone life event purchase never arrived as it was returned to sender based on a delivery address mistake by Pompei . Then they never reshipped and ghosted me and blocked my contacts causing me to dispute with my credit card issuer. Unbelievable and certainly NFL - “ not for long”- Buyer beware . I gave it one star because I couldn’t provide any less of a rating however, it’s been a 60 day saga and I still have not received my husband’s ring which I ordered for him on December 15 of 2023 for a Christmas present. I received it on the 30th. It was too small and I sent it back on 31 December 2023 here we are 60 days late February 14 and I still have not received the ring and I’m consistently being told that it was delivered, but it was not. In fact, an attempt was made on February 3, which was a Saturday at 7 o’clock at my place of employment, and because no one was there to sign for it it was sent back to, the original company so I suggest you not do business with these individuals because they’re totally incompetent and they’re not accountable, oh and as it stands I am out of two thousand dollars …Thank you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I spent over $6500, waited weeks for shipping - my items were shown as delivered in the US when I live in the UK. Paid $900 in tax and customs charges and received a parcel containing 5 EMPTY BOXES and a parcel containing earrings. COMMUNICATION IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, I called my bank in tears as I have had NO RESPONSE to my emails asking for a refund for a ring that was specially ordered and NEVER SENT….so cruel. I’m devastated.

This is THE worst company!! Do not purchase anything from this site!! The jewelry is cheap because it is cheaply made and awful. Getting in touch with anyone is virtually impossible!!

Pompeii3 is in the process of screwing me out of $900. I returned a ring via the post office and have proof of delivery that it was delivered on January 2nd, 2024. They have yet to acknowledge the return after many emails and phone calls. I’ve been promised twice that it will be escalated, only to be lied to up to this point. They are a bad company and I’ll never do business with them again after having purchased a few items from them. Update 1/25/24 After several more emails, Pompeii finally issued a refund for the return. While I understand things do fall through the cracks, nobody should have to be put through what they put me through in trying to collect a refund when I did everything correct on my end. Based on other reviews about this company, I should have expected this to occur since you cannot contact customer service directly as they don’t give you individual email addresses. You must call, and hope the CSR actually cares enough to do their job properly. The company as a whole is poorly run and secretive in terms of having multiple options to contact them. In today’s technology age, you’d think a company would want to do better and be fully transparent, but sadly, it’s not the case with Pompeii.
