My ring is stunning, mesmerizing, breathtaking...just an absolute showstopper! And at an amazing price! I got it on their memorial day sale for 50% off. I wish Trustpilot would let me post a picture!! It took about 10 days longer than quoted, so i was getting nervous, but it turned out gorgeous so I won't complain too much. One con is that I wish they had a better information/customer service system. For example, when I was trying to decide on a style and size, I contacted the company and asked for measurements of the center stone, so i could visualize the size of the center stone on my finger and try to keep it proportional. The nice receptionist took down my info and question and sent it to the "support team". They emailed me with the carat size in 24 hours, which is the same information available on their site, which was frustrating. I knew by the time they answered me, the sale they were running was going to end, so I guesstimated and chose a ring. That all seems very inefficient. And every question or problem you call about, goes through that process. Again, the ring turned out beautifully, but i probably would have chosen a smaller size if I had known the measurements beforehand. And i realize every stone is a different, but length/width measurements should really be included information on the product page to begin with, even if it's an average range or approximation. Again, the end result was 10/10 stars! I got a gorgeous upgrade ring for a really great price. They could just improve a couple of things in their process and it would make a big difference in their customer service experience. Thanks, Pompeii!
