I ordered 2 semi mount engagement rings, hoping one would be suitable for my diamond. Neither ring worked so I sent them back in original packaging. I received one email processing refund. Then a second saying they would only refund only one. That some how the order number- the ONLY order number I was given, only applied to one ring and I would SOMEHOW have to prove I had returned both. I replied that I had done everything correctly and included the photo of the package as mailed. To date I have received refund for only one ring and they have failed to communicate any further. This company has lost my trust by keeping my money and requiring an impossible method of proof of return. I ordered from their website but be aware they are also on eBay.

Upon receiving my men’s 2 carat lab channel set diamond ring. Immediately noticed the ring is very light in the gold weight for 14 karat. The lab diamonds are of poor quality. Couple of the diamonds are not properly set in the channel of the ring, Gravely disappointed in Pompeii. I was hoping this would be a good first time experience. The free lab .50 earrings were a joke! Working on getting everything returned and never purchase from this company again. Let ‘s see how long they take in their customer Service for a refund. Please be warned, please beware, their product quality/service must really waiver.

I want people to be extremely cautious with this company, Here are pictures of Quality controlled wedding band. It took almost 30 days to receive. I am in the process of return. Robo Emails and lack of customer support. They don't refund in a timely manor. Still no refund (:

Do not buy from this store. I bought what supposed to be a 1/2 ct diamond stud. What came was not close to a 1/2ct it was probably only 0.10-0.20ct. The stone itself is of poor quality, the top surface of the diamond has a weird scruff on it. Their return policy is worst. You wont get the full price you paid for when you ask for a refund.

Don’t buy it They don’t buff their work as shown! Pretty in the Box I received this beautiful ring for my 37th anniversary as an upgrade to the one we purchased when we were teenagers. In the 13 months that I have owned the ring, six stones have fallen out and been lost. Each time I have asked that the prongs be checked and rough edges buffed out but no such luck. “I understand your concern about the prongs and stone. Gold is malleable, this means over time and wear it will naturally smooth out. As for the stone height we can always reset the stone but keep in mind this is done by hand not machine there will always be some variance with respect to stone height and setting.” The first stone fell out after 30days, another 3wks after getting it back, another 6 months later, then 2months, and now this one after 30days. Buyer Beware! Beautiful sadly but Dollar Tree would have better quality. I’m heart broken, don’t you be too!

Ordered ring, side diamond fell off. I have called, emailed . No response, this company has extremely poor communication. I don’t know why they have a phone number and refuse to answer call, 17 calls no answer no return call. My warranty period is almost up and they will not return my correspondence. Make sure to check the warranty it is very weak as far as what is covered.

Support team was awful, especially Alex! He just doesn’t live up to his promise and can’t be trusted by his responses or disappears…. They sent wrong order, cant promise expected delivery and when it arrived the craftsmanship sucked or the builder was an amateur! Whomever bought this ring, the cushion was misaligned for a $3k purchase.. Buyers beware!

I ordered a pair of diamond earring jackets to go around my diamond studs. Pompeii three shipped an entirely different set of earring jackets. The measurements and diamond count was off. When I tried to make a return, they first stalled, then tried to charge me for a restocking fee and a return shipping fee. When I protested this, they demanded pictures of the item I was sent. After supplying the pictures, they continued to respond with questions. I will never, ever do business with this company again. Instead of simply correcting their mistake, they are stalling the process. Here’s hoping I can return their faulty item and get my money back. Worst jewelry company ever.
