Excellent customer service, great prices, good quality. I've made several purchases from them and I've made one return. They have excellent customer service and great value for the price you pay. Quick shipping also.

We bought my ring 1 year ago in February of 2025. This purchase was a replacement for my original ring that was lost, also this was my 10 year anniversary gift. I received my ring in March of 2025, the wait time was excruciating but I notified of each step my ring had gone through as it was being built, this really helped me! 1 year later and my ring has held up wonderfully. The craftsmanship is amazing and the quality for the price is absolutely worth every penny. It is not missing any stones and is not misshaped even though I wear it every single day. I’m so happy with my purchase. I will be making another purchase in just a few weeks.

I have ordered numerous pieces of jewelery from Pompeii. The quality is great. I never had any problems with contacting them if I had an issue. And when I did, it was resolved immediately. I will continue to order from them !!!

The men’s wedding band I purchased is stunning and just the perfect size. Good quality and I always get compliments

This was not my first purchase from Pompeii3. When I received my ring, which was beautiful, I decided I wanted a refund because it was too large for the size of my hand. My return was tracked through USPS. I reached out to Pompeii3, as it was taking USPS longer than stated to return the ring . When they received the ring, they emailed me for verification and provided me with a 7 to 10 business day time frame. It only took approximately 3 to 4 days. Thank you, for the comforting customer service, and the efficiency of your refund process!

Everything from beginning to end was great.. I'm actually kind of surprised it a lot of the negative reviews. The diamond had a fly in it which made sense for the price, but after taking it to a jeweler and having a few modifications made to it that Jeweler had told me that they could probably get twice as much for the same thing. My (now) wife was extremely happy for it, that made me happy I've got no complaints

Thus far, I've been thoroughly pleased. The dissemination of shipping information could have been better, but we got through it.
