SO NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! Like everyone else as a new couple starting off we didn't have a ton of money but wanted a nice real ring. For starters the size was so off I had to return it. It was such a long back and forth process that I didn't have it in time for the wedding. When they sent me the correct size the solitaire ring was missing!!!!!!! So I had to go back and forth again with them to prove I didn't steal it but they just flat out didn't ship it back! When I got the correct size back it was the crappiest quality it was so disappointing! One of the diamonds on my band was so obviously muddy next to the other ones it looked like a random brown diamond and a band full of white diamonds. Of course they wouldn't do anything about that. When you later one of the diamonds fell out. I'm completely heartbroken! The whole point was to just get a nice ring. I wasn't expecting perfectly clear-cut diamonds, just consistency and enough quality to keep it together. None of which this ring has! I will be spending twice the amount of money I would have spent if I just would have gone the reputable company. I would have rather bought a fake ring and saved up money versus buying this crappy real ring and going through this! Not to mention our customer service is crappy at best!

I ordered a ring from this website but it looked drastically different when it arrived. Looked cheaper and the stone which was supposed to be refracted morganite was a cloudy and dull in colour. The metal was light and felt cheap. Sent it back and got a refund but not for shipping. Be careful.

Ok, so here's the Reader's Digest Condensed version of this purchase: I bought the 14k White Gold 2ct TDW Forever Us Two Stone Engagement Diamond Ring from Pompeii 3 through Overstock.com, with the understanding the main diamonds were i2/i3, and when I gave the ring to my fiancee, she noticed a black inclusion in one of the diamonds.  I contacted Customer Service at Overstock, and they acted as the "middle man" between me and Pompeii 3, and let them know I wasn't happy about the inclusion, especially since the other main diamond didn't have one. So, I sent the ring back to Pompeii 3, and that's when the "fun" began.  First, the tell me they can't replace the ring because it has scratches on the bottom of the ring. Well, my fiancee had only been wearing it a few days, and she works in an office environment, so, I don't know how many scratches it could've had, not to mention, they could've simply used Rhodium to resurface the ring.  Anyway, after a lot of back and forth through Overstock, we came to a 'compromise'...they would simply change the diamond with the black inclusion for one that was similar, but without a visible inclusion.  Reasonable compromise I thought...until I got the ring back yesterday, and in what seems to me as an act of spite, especially since I called them out and gave them a difficult time, the diamond they replaced the original one with is worse than the original one. It does have an inclusion, however, it's clarity is worse then the original...it now looks cloudy.  I mean seriously...are they that petty? I asked for a diamond that more closely matched the diamond they didn't replace, and they went in the other direction. I seriously and honestly don't think anyone should be anything from this place, especially since they seem to be, and least in my perspective, petty and spiteful, and they seemingly don't care about service after the sale, and seemingly don't stand behind their products especially when you complain about their product. Based on what they've done, I should've had them simply send the ring back as it was, because now it's worse.  I will be posting this review in other social media sites as well as other business review sites.  I'm even considering checking if IL has an office of Consumer Affairs within the State Attorney General's office and contacting them.

I brought the extra warranty, after getting the ring resized, we received the ring at the end of December. After 7 weeks, diamonds have started falling out of the ring. It is not as described on the website, because the diamonds are not prong set, it looks like they are glued. Upon appraisal by a 3 different impartial experts, the ring quality is nowhere near what was advertised on the website. Despite outright lying on their website, the company are refusing to refund the purchase. Avoid at all costs.

Be aware. This company switches stones when you send your rings in for repair. In Sept. 2019, I purchased 2 rings clarity VS. Near Colorless and within a couple of weeks both rings had a broken prong. I sent them in for repairs and when I got the first one back the stones were brown and some very dark brown. I sent it back And I cannot get a straight answer as to shipping status. The engagement ring came back with yellow stone. You see, I posted reviews on a few websites with my experiences. And I was contacted by Kelly by phone and by email and was told to backtrack and remove all my reviews before they would try to look into the issue. They are withholding service/jewelry as hostage for me to remove all my reviews that is a kind of blackmail because their dishonest and underhanded actions caused unfavorable reactions They have a 30 day refund policy after the 30 days they feel that they can do anything Send you anything And there is nothing you can do. be aware they switch stones.
