We had our first interview this morning! My husband and I were delighted how helpful Andrew was to us both. We did not feel pressured just informed!!! He explained the program to us and was very encouraging along the way. We are very hopeful the Pompa Program will help me in this road to recovery. We also felt this program was very affordable. Thanks Dr Pompa for sharing your knowledge and trying to help as many people as you can!! We are glad you look to God to guide you in this endeavor! The Pompa Program has dramatically transformed my life! When I started the program, I had spent 9 years working with functional medicine doctors with very few changes in the way I felt. My numbers were showing some improvement, but nothing was affecting my chronic fatigue, systemic inflammation, severe insulin resistance, and all-over pain. When I heard Dr Pompa explain the effects of toxins on our bodies and the importance of proper detox, it just made sense. I started the program in July 2025. I went all in with mold remediation, whole house water filtration system, and cavitation surgery. By mid-September, the chronic fatigue was gone, I was dropping weight, and cutting back on my insulin. Now, I workout 4-5 days a week. My energy levels are phenomenal. No more lying around because I didn't have rhe energy to drag myself around. I have lost 30 pounds. I was taking 160 units of long-acting insulin, mealtime insulin before each meal, and Ozempic. My A1C was 7.5. Now, I'm taking 30 units of long-acting insulin and no mealtime insulin. My A1C is 5.4. I no longer need blood pressure medicine. The list goes on and on. I have truly seen amazing results from following this program and the wisdom of Dr Pompa.

My experience was better than expected. He took the time to explain things and was very kind. Since i knew he could sense my frustrations on how I'm feeling health wise, he knows I really want to take this leap of faith, so he took extra time with me and sent me material to watch. That really helped. Im very convenient that this will start my healing process. I'm also glad this company is a believer in God, since I've been praying more than ever this past few weeks and then I came over this information 🙏. This must be my sign from God to jump in with my faith.

The Pompa Program has been great. The coaches and community are amazing, so much support. My health has steadily improved with fewer aches/pains, much better sleep, fewer allergy symptoms and much more energy. I'm continuing on with the brain phase detox and looking forward to even more improved health.

Having the coaching support keeps me on track. Love having the supplements come to our door right on time . AIP diet is a hard diet to follow but doable with coach can’t imagine without a coach.Have little break throughs here and there and looking forward to next steps .
