I was extremely skeptical about the Dr. Pompa program and almost signed up several times—but didn’t. It wasn’t until after my father passed away in a nursing home that I got serious about my own health. I ordered the test kit, still doubtful that the results would be accurate, but I had already been diagnosed with Graves’ disease and had been told I would be on medication for the rest of my life. I wasn’t willing to accept that as my reality, especially since I had been researching natural remedies for thyroid issues. Working with my health coach, Clair Herrick, made all the difference. She was always available, answered every question, and guided me every step of the way. I am now off medication for over a year. My heart palpitations, muscle weakness, and fatigue are gone. I’ve lost 30 pounds and have more energy than my 18- and 20-year-old kids! Yes, this health journey has cost money—but compared to what I would have spent on medical bills, hospital stays, and ongoing medication had I continued on my previous path, it’s been worth every penny. This program gave me hope, knowledge, and the tools to take control of my health like I never thought possible.

I have been in the program two months. I have lost 10 pounds and my doctor told me I don't need blood pressure medication anymore. My coach Jade helps me with my diet and answers my questions by text when we are not meeting. Coach Jade makes sure I know where to find information to be successful.

At 68 years old, some advised me this was the age of 'relaxing and enjoying life' and it was too late to 'get healthy'. It is never too late, and no person is ever too old to get healthier. This Pompa Program has helped me have more energy, improved my sleep, and attain better digestion. My coach, Ally Winger, is supportive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It is almost like speaking with a family member on our monthly calls. Ally leads and directs my personal program so I am doing all the right things, encourages my questions, and helps to keep me focused. Natalie has been a point of inspiration, her personal hands on experience has always put me at ease, and it helped hearing her personal struggles. I was having issues with heart palpitations, she immediately jumped right on the problem and emailed back a handful of solutions to try. I'm cruising right along now and enjoying the results of detoxing, looking forward to the next phase, brain detox with Natalie as our coach.
